Saute garlic, green onions,
mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon and bell pepper in butter for 5 minutes or
until vegetables are tender. Add crawfish and cook 2 minutes. Add lemon
juice and cook until liquid is reduced by about half. Add whipping
cream and stir constantly until cream is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix with cooked
pasta and serve. |
