2 - 15 oz. cans corn, drained |
1/2 chopped green bell
pepper |
15 oz. can cream style corn |
1/2 chopped
red bell pepper |
10 oz. can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes |
1 stick
butter |
1 lb.crawfish tailmeat |
Sauté
onion and bell peppers in butter. Add corn and
tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add crawfish and salt and pepper to
taste. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
