Corn Fritters
2 eggs 1-1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt, dash of pepper 1 tsp baking powder
16 oz. can creamed corn Oil for frying

Beat eggs in small bowl.  Add salt, pepper and creamed corn; mix well.  In separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder.  Add creamed corn to flour mixture.  Drop by tablespoon into hot oil till light brown.  Drain on paper towels.
