Crawfish Dip
8 oz. cream cheese |
1/8 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/8 tsp paprika |
2 tsp finely chopped green
onions |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/4 tsp lemon juice |
1 lb. crawfish tailmeat, ground coarse |
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard |
Saltine crackers |
1/8 tsp hot sauce |

Add
all ingredients except crawfish tailmeat into a food processor and
process into a paste-like spread. Remove all of mixture from
processor into a large mixing bowl. Add ground tailmeat to
mixture and mix well. Serve in a bowl with crackers for
spreading.
